I am starting this blog as an extension of my creative self! I have an underlining passion for the arts and teaching art to children. I strive to give children opportunities to be creative, innovative, and build confidence in their inner artist. At the same time I challenge the artist I am to keep pushing forward toward new adventures. This is my 4th year teaching art! As hard as it was to leave the elementary scene, I am ever more excited to start my new adventure as a middle school art teacher!Bio:
Kendra Stettler, of Pieces of Creating, is an artist and art teacher who currently resides in Woodbury, MN. Kendra grew up in small town Minnesota, and earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Art Education and her minor in Special Education from the University of MN Duluth. She specializes in paintings, murals, ceramics, and mixed media. Kendra is available for a large array of freelance projects.
